Congratulations to Dave Garlick and his fellow riders who completed their cycle journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats. Sponsorship and donations from Suffolk Road Church totalled £60, which goes towards the children’s project in Ecuador that Dave and his wife Ana manage. We had a wonderful time at our church weekend away at Sizewell Hall. These pictures are from a gorgeous afternoon, with plenty of bouncing, playing, chatting and smiling. Thanks to all the little people who helped take the photos.

Greetings to you all from the Cameron highlands, Malaysia, where I am recovering from a tough, eventful visit to 5 places in south and west India.
The trip went well, thanks largely to your prayers, and I saw miracles of guidance and preservation and God’s blessing on the teaching to bible school students and pastors. Public meetings in churches or in the open air in tribal villages were fruitful too. My health and energy stood up well to the travelling and the many hours of teaching, and I was very conscious at times that people were praying. Here are some details of the answers. In a world where the poor have no voice and are often the victims of brutal violence and abuse, it is often the case that the difference between life and death – freedom and prison – justice and injustice – starkly depends upon whether or not someone can show up on their behalf.

Greetings to you all and thank you once again for praying me through a demanding 10 days in south east Nigeria. I felt the effect of prayer several times. God opened 3 doors for ministry and I was able to give 9 messages over 8 days, 4 of them at the church in Umunakanu, the home village of my brother Chika, who organized the trip and who goes to the church I attend in Kuala Lumpur.
