On Easter Saturday, Churches Together Sudbury presented a production ‘of lies and love’ telling the story of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Scenes were played at four locations around the town and a large crowd followed as Jesus was first taken to the priests at the temple, then onto trail by Pilate, and finally to the cross.
LIES nailed Him to the cross
LOVE held him there
LOVE brought Him back from death
LOVE is available for us
Deep, forgiving, wonderful LOVE
Jesus has risen! Jesus is alive!
