Thanks to Ken for all the photos
On Sunday 25 October we gave thanks to God with a harvest celebration. Ken and Chris decorated the church wonderfully in a harvest theme. Click here to see the photo gallery.
Produce brought to the church was donated to Mill Grove orphanage in South Woodford.
The meeting was followed by a soup lunch and what we would normally have spent on Sunday lunch was instead donated to charity. Donations totalling £279.20 will be sent to World Vision to help equip a maternity ward in Makoka, Zambia with necessary supplies and to help give children the best start in life possible.
More details about the project we are supporting can be found by clicking here.
Turn on the Tap is a campaign for safe accessible water for people in the developing world.
Donations and sponsorship for the walk raised over £300.
